Your Balanced Blueprint

A 12 week 1:1 coaching program to understanding & implementing your unique energetic blueprint for greater balance In life & career or business.

Combining my favorite self discovery tools, Human Design, Cycle Syncing and Astrology, I’ll help guide you back into alignment.

Through three educational workshops, coaching sessions and bi-weekly experiments, I’ll help you build the routines, boundaries and space for you to consistently show up as the best version of yourself that you’ve been craving.

These experiments are an extension of what you’ll learn about yourself in the six 1:1 sessions. These are designed to support you in creating empowering new habits and rituals that align with your natural energetic rhythms.

Workshop One

Human Design 101

As a beginner, Human Design can be a lot to navigate! That’s why I’ll be giving you a reading to help you read your chart, understand your type, strategy, and authority in order to start honoring your unique energy.

Workshop Two

Your Cycle Flow

The second workshop adds a divine feminine layer into your energy patterns- your cycle flow. We’ll be diving into each of the phases, learning how to track your bleed and create rituals that honors each phase.

Workshop Three

Boundary Blueprint

While your design and cycle are unique to you, it’s time to learn about how the moon phases and astrology works so you can work not only with the energy within you, but how you move with the energy around you.

Blueprint Breakdown

  • Once you’ve decided Balanced Blueprint is the investment you’re looking with myself as your guide, we’ll get you set up inside your Dreamspace.

    This space exists inside Notion and it’s your own personal dashboard, workbook and document that will move with you throughout the 12-weeks we’ll work together.

    You will take notes in it, I’ll drop resources in, and most importantly, this is where you’ll be creating your rituals, habits, and goals centered around your own timeline according to your own unique energy.

  • 2 Workshops: Human Design 101 + Your Cycle Flow

    We’ll meet bi-weekly for these workshops while in between, we’ll communicate updates via Voxer and implement habit and ritual experimentations in between to challenge each bit of the new-found knowledge of your unique energy.

  • 1 Workshop: Balanced Blueprint

  • 2 1:1 Coaching Sessions

    We’ll meet bi-weekly for these workshops while in between, we’ll communicate updates via Voxer and implement habit and ritual experimentations in between to challenge each bit of the new-found knowledge of your unique energy.

  • At the end of our 12-weeks, you’ll have solid grounding techniques, rituals, and habits that support your goals in a rhythmic, aligned way that will bring more space and ease into your day-to-day.

    You will know yourself better than you did before. You will trust yourself better than before. You will have built that intentional lifestyle you’ve been craving. Now it’s time to continue embodying and experimenting!

Month 1 - Curiosity

It’s time to learn about how Human Design and Cycle Syncing are the backbone of your energy’s unique blueprint. Bring your curiosity and I’ll guide you the rest of the way back to your self for newfound discovery.

You will start to feel seen, welcomed, and heard through discovering your Human Design. You will connect with your body through learning about Cycle Syncing. The epiphanies will be frequent, you’ll be hungry to learn more, and you’ll be excited to experiment with this new knowledge.

Your Journey

Month 2- Empowerment

After a month of getting back in touch with yourself and discovering your unique energy, we’re guiding you on how to implement this energy with every day’s moon phases and astrology. This month’s 1:1 coaching session will encourage you to start creating the rituals and habits that will be become the backbone of your intentional lifestyle.

You will start to feel empowered to re-build ideas about how you spend your energy and time. You will start to nourish yourself with rituals and techniques that ground you.

Month 3- Alignment

This month’s 1:1 coaching sessions will continue to encourage you to keep creating rituals and habits. We will also discuss boundaries to protect your energy and the new intentional goals you’d like to achieve with the steps and strategy to get you there.

You will start to feel more aligned with a concrete plan and strategy. You will have the tools and recourses to manage your energy.
